Whenever I start up a game, people who always join my server always PM me complaining my server is up, but theres no ping. I used to be able to start up my server without any problems, but since I got my new computer, it dosent work properly.

you probably need to re-do your port forwarding.

I have this problem occasionally, but I never forwarded my ports because it's far too complicated and Blockland supports hosting without port forward.

Doesn't new computer mean new default gateway? I think so so maybe change your port forwarding settings if don't have UPNP.

Default Gateway=Router
LAN Ip=Computer

I mean, There is no server ping, it just shows up as "---"

showing up as "---" means your hosting via uPnP, and it should be working.

can people actually connect?

Unless the server that has that ping is the one you are hosting.

It's generally assumed that Jasa is not in the same house as the OP.
