you could download every hl2 mod that exists in the world in less then 200gigs.

also; we all agree that browsing and game bandwidth alone will never reach 250g a month. it basically comes down to download/uploading of files to the internet that causes it.
a heavy downloader would need an additional harddrive every month or 2, or be hosting some crazy torrents for a living or something.
NOT what a low limit subscriber would EVEN pay for.

So you're saying that I'm lying? What would be the point of lying in this situation anyway? I just play a lot.

Azzurolix, I claim lies.

There is no possible way you could logically download a whopping 204800MB of things every month just for mod-related things. Each month?

How can you even make such a PREPOSTEROUS remark?

A lot of free time.

you could download every hl2 mod that exists in the world in less then 200gigs.

this could be fun

A lot of free time.
So that's your oh-so-logical explanation for it? Free time?

How many months have you been doing this?

PICS OR IT DIDNT HAPPEN

And yes, sometimes even 200 gigs. Monthly that is.

So over a space of 5+ months you fill up a blank 1TB hard drive with just gmod mods? Thats cool bro!!

i think 200mb would be understandable... are you getting 200gb and 200mb confused, bro? i think so.

Lol, my 'rents are going to have to pay $10,000 extra on the bill then.
No one says "'rents."

Since december, actually. I've went trough about 2000 pages on every mod forum I know.

I will post pics as soon as I get the actual folder to open. My comp might have enough ram to play Gmod but to opening is gonna take a while.

I learned what the difference when I was 5.

off topic of bandwidth. but this sounds like you play gmod like them 9yo blocklanders i hate. spamming up the server with a million mods they dont use, just to force people to wait forever or leave.

you do know that 90% of mods are complete garbage right?

opening a folder doesnt really use ram, it uses your hard drive...

dont worry though, i wont tell them you're doing a quick photoshop job

I can barely use Paint.

Alright, let's see how many months that is.

December 1 200
January 2 400
February 3 600
March 4 800
April is tomorrow ~5 10000

A whopping terabyte of mods! How much space does your hard drive have?

seriously, he must have like 5 1TB drives or something to hold all his 1337 gmod mods

Tom

The biggest model packs I see on garrysmod.org are 40-50mb. And I only see one or two of those per page. But lets say all the add-ons you download are 50mb for some reason.

204800 / 50 = 4,096

That's 4,096 per month, which is about 136 per day in a 30 day month.
I doubt you download that many large model packs per day.

Math is a powerful thing...

but once he owns them all, and i cannot see how he hadnt done it months ago downloading at that rate.

then what happens to the limit? he would be using then .1g of the 250g a month?
why spaz out about the limit now, when it wont be an issue later?
