I'm almost 5'9 and I weight 139.

But on the topic of weightloss, my older brother dropped from 221 pounds to 186 pounds in two months to join the navy!

I must be buff cause I'm 6 feet and I weigh 160 (150 when I'm starving)

My legs are ridiculously strong.

50 kilos and 160 cm.

What's your work out plan that has been building muscle?

So, how did you do it?

Also, 5 foot 11, and 144 lbs.

Also, if I was to loose that much fat in a month, I'd actually have a visible six pack. (talking about 1 block, 5 would make me shrivel up into myself)
