No but you'll be wanted and once your found you will be tried and will most likely recieve death penalty (depends how many houses and kills you do). Which technically means you will be banned. But if it's one house and one death you'll get probably a week jailtime.

Also, the way we catch you is if we kill you then we'll fetch you to the court.
