Please Sticky This - How to give a proper request

I created this topic because people are not giving proper requests; either impossible to create, or not enough information is given.

A good example:

Subject: [REQUEST] Laser Gun

Description: I would like a laser gun that can shoot 4000000 laser beams a minute, doing 5 damage per laser.

Conclusion: Please message me back here if you can do it, otherwise go away.

A bad example (What I most commonly see):

hi can u plz make the gun from star wars that killd that 1 guy? 

Please, please, please send in decent requests so it makes the job easier for the developers.

Asking for a sticky usually results in the opposite.
But I agree. Providing much information will make it easier for the developers, and thereby make it more likely that the request actually will be done.
