Any idea when it might be out?
What, rtb4 official update or the next rtb4 slots?

Both

I'm actually just going to wait until rtb4 comes out.

It froze up and I dont feel like restarting blockland because I'm on a server.
Same thing for me.

It's you, doesn't happen to me..
It might just me with RTB3 servers...
Bug: I bound I to my IRC key in RTB3, now in RTB4 it refuses to let me bind I. =

- I should read correctly the quoted post correctly next time -

You can't bind a single letter/number/symbol, it has to be shift + I or something of that nature otherwise you can't close the overlay again.

I'm not trying to bind RTB4 overlay. I'm trying to bind an emote to my 'I' key. But because I had my RTB3 IRC bound to my 'I' key, it refuses to let me bind 'I' anymore.

EDIT: Put some quotation marks around the wrong "I".

Ah, so true. That is a torque/blockland bug. It remembers it being bound but not that it should be configurable. I suppose there are three solutions for this:
  • Restore to 3.5 temporarily and unbind it
  • Remove your configuration file
  • Manually edit your configuration file

I'll add something to RTB4 to unbind it for people. Sounds like it'll be a common issue.

Some scripters insist you included the ID list in RTB's API, but I can't guess the command, nor do I believe you'd want me using it.

Just curious: Is it even in there?

If at all possible, I'd like some form of helpful response to this.
