I would've thought that exact example would be a bit unfair as he was led into it by Messes asking.
He did mention that his friend pirated a new adobe key, so it was easy enough that Messes knew it was pirating and openly enquired about it.
But the slightly brazen approach to pirating being fine might be bannable.
I wouldn't report him for it, but it's the mods decision in the end.
