The name says it all
-when in a server you can see other peoples custom decals or faces :|

It's already been done.

In all seriousness, though, decals and faces are textures that are not affected by Torque lighting systems.

That's not even what he is talking about.

He wants to be able to see other's decals that you can't normally see without downloading it.

it will lag everyone cause if they are playing, they will have to reload when someone join I believe.

Actually I think decaldata might work.
