Should I still keep the Ambassador?
What are some map tactics also?

I personally like the default flamethrower more than backburner.

No it isnt, not at all. I've compared the results and the positive and negative effects, the Axtinguisher is awful.
Then you must be using it totally wrong. It's unlikely you'll run out of all ammo, and unless you use the flare gun and play on watery maps, Pyro doesn't need a generic melee.

Last time I kept the Backburner, I got some dumbass complaining "whats the backburner good for" and got his friends to stuff all over my dignity. Figuratively.

They have a blue name

DUH

Sniper > everything but the demo

Sniper > everything but the demo
Snipers need to stop being typical and stop sniping from the battlements or having Sniper vs Sniper battles, the maps have several long range areas where a Sniper can sit and wait for a target

I can give you some items if you want.

I agree. Snipers who ONLY snipe other Snipers are wastes of a player space. I get that counter-sniping is important, but so it taking out Heavies, Soldiers, and the occasional Demoman.

Please do. My steam name is Legodude77.

That guide is loving awful. It's 100% purely based on your preference.

I rock as soldier with the Black Box + Shotgun + Equalizer loadout, if I followed your guide, I would suck (Which I did before I used the Black Box).

i tink you would suck less without your black roosters
