The problem started when they made it a racing game.
Then a party style game.

This was not a bad game.

Sure, but I still prefer the platformer/3rd person perspective style of the game. Not a fan of party games.

Crash Bash, Space Bash for the Crystal. Ogm it was so fun. As was CTR. And CTTR. And the first three mainseries games.

Nitro Kart was my first PS2 game, so I have fond memories, but Wrath of Cortex was much better.

The racing for the GBA was actually one of the highlights of the series, in my opinion.
But, Yes, this game was good until they made it a beatemup.
