Author Topic: Translation Party - yes, this again.  (Read 4236 times)

It's loving hilarious. Basically, what you do, is insert a completely random english phrase. The site then translates to Japanese (I think) a bunch of times, because everytime it translates back, it's something different/funny. I want to see what new stuff you guys can come up with.

English phrase: My ugly barnacle pissed all over my face, before breaking my phone and stealing my bike.

It didn't reach equilibrium, here's the last result: My ugly barnacle, before stealing a bicycle, I have all the phones have been destroyed stuffaarimasen angry face.

Let's see what you can do!

You missed a letter.

Original: I like pie.
Equallibrium: That's deep, man.

haha, this one is awesome:

"My dog likes to eat melons while watching japanese girls fight."
-->
"I looked like a Japanese girl eating melon and dog fight."

I used Bad Translator instead and got this:
ORIGINAL TEXT:
When you translate things between languages 56 times, it can get ridiculous.
.....56 translations later we get:
56 A spesifikatyon, interesting, language translation.

Seven a.m., waking up in the morning. Gotta be fresh, gotta go downstairs. Gotta have my bowl, gotta have cereal. Seein' everything, the time is goin'. Tickin' on and on, everybody's rushin'. Gotta get down to the bus stop. Gotta catch my bus, I see my friends.

I know it is 7:00 in the morning. For me, please downstairs and age. The grain is recommended, but I have a ball. Sigh '- my all-time. 'People Rushin' scale. Please get off the bus is recommended. In addition, please refer to your friends on the bus.

I put that in Bad Translator (I had to shorten the end sentence to just "Gotta catch my bus" because of the character limit)

Original text:
"Seven a.m., waking up in the morning. Gotta be fresh, gotta go downstairs. Gotta have my bowl, gotta have cereal. Seein' everything, the time is goin'. Tickin' on and on, everybody's rushin'. Gotta get down to the bus stop. Gotta catch my bus."
...56 translations later we get:
"Hours of sleep, eat, or 7, I have selected, press time, all the love ... I love the car."

I entered what TL had, up to seeing everything, and I got:

Wake-up call at 7:00, got to roll the ball as far

what

How does one reach equilibrium?

Outcome:
To reach equilibrium with what?

I entered what TL had, up to seeing everything, and I got:

Wake-up call at 7:00, got to roll the ball as far

what
I further translated that;

Original text:
"Wake-up call at 7:00, got to roll the ball as far "
...56 translations later we get:
"7:00 sharp"
I terrorized Mr.Sentence even more:
Original text:
"7:00 sharp"
...56 translations later we get:
"07:00 tshronikles."
Original text:
"07:00 tshronikles."
...56 translations later we get:
"July tshronikles"

"Skip is a seriously lovey beast."
comes out
"Skip is a seriously lovey beast."

Because I've had two people question this already:

There's never enough pie in the diner so I am going to eat a muffin.

I, muffins, pies are not going perfectly for dinner.
