It's supposed to be Anon, but they took down Operation Payback(Or whatever they called it) a week or two ago.  I think they admitted that they were over-reacting.  But they only attacked the Website, not PSN.

Good thing I have a PS3 and an Xbox 360... hehehe..

Its been clear that its been hacked. The hacker I believe notified Sony that if they allowed a release of Portal 2 for PS3 with a sync to steam, they'd hack and take down PSN.
