How much coverage of african children starving to death was there during 9/11 or the presidents inauguration?
9/11 was a bit more serious since it sort of started the whole war on terrorism.

The wedding was way longer then 20 minutes.

Not our fault we sent most of their ancestors back to africa.

Coverage

Coverage everywhere.

And if I go on a news site I will see coverage of Libya and crap
The media makes money off of what people are interested in, not whats right

Did you see all the wedding merchandise that is being sold?

The forget are you talking about. I'm watching respected channels and it's damn everywhere except Discovery ones and NG.
I'm curious as to what you're talking about.

I'm talking about channels that are actually news sources, i.e. CBS, Fox, CNN, etc.  Local channels aren't included.  Hell, even NPR hasn't done the kind of coverage that Lord Tony has described ("more wedding than libya/japan coverage combined").

That was a rhetorical question.

Unfortunately, I don't think news casters will be excited to see more death after 9/11, especially little children dieing.

Anyways, for the inauguration, there are multiple reasons that I shouldn't even have to explain why it is more important than this wedding. Also, the fact that the US Government feels obligated to force themselves in every other country no matter what the problem is annoying. There are many private humanitarian groups working to stop that famine if you didn't know.

Global economic/political stability > Humanitarian movements at the moment.

It's an answer to your statement in the form of a question that isn't meant to be answered.

Yes I understand that but I dont see how thats an answer. Are you trying to say they arent making money off the wedding?
