Author Topic: DSi wont connect to Wi-Fi?  (Read 2170 times)

I'm sure Action Replay will make bypasses so it isn't more then 50% likely to insta-brick.
Obviously

Error Code: 51300

Unable to connect to your wireless network

Likely cause: It appears that the security settings entered into the Nintendo DS are not the same as what your wireless router is set to allow.

How to fix: Make sure the security key and security type are entered into the Nintendo DS exactly as they appear in your router's settings.

Don't know how to find your router's security key?

Additional information:

Using an Actiontec or 2Wire router? The default security key is often found on a sticker located on the router.
Security keys are case-sensitive.
WEP keys contain numbers 0 through 9, and only letters A through F.

Copied from the nintendo site.
Try entering the information again. You might have pressed the same "key" twice because of the gimmicky touch screen.
Read it. Correctly inputed the key many times. I sent an E-mail to nintendo about it

Also, can we stop talking about Action Replay? It isnt the cause

I had that.

My DS was blocked on the router. I had to reset my router.

Check your router settings to make sure it recognizes lower-power connections:

It usually needs to be set to "(b/g) compatible" if this is the case.

there are certain wep connections that the dsi has trouble connecting to. if its anything other than just "WEP", i suggest changing it.
