No I've seen the stuff they play on Adult Swim. Also, why is it that almost every anime comic has a page full of naked woman.

Those aren't necessarily good examples to go off of. Most of the stuff that plays on Adult Swim is aimed at the kids who stay up that late. Except maybe Cowboy Bebop.

Sometimes manga/anime artists throw scenes in there like that purely for fanservice. Especially if it's not selling well. More than likely if you ever watch an anime with a beach scene, it's for that exact reason.
