blockland is not open source
i play for the challenge of detailing within the given limits. its a skill that the greater of the bl community respects.
if you cant make what you want with the bricks you have, then you are a bad builder; simple as that. creating another garrys mod out of an unrelated sandbox game wont suddenly make you creative again you know.
besides that you fail to understand the scripted grid of which blocks must be aligned on. a prop is the only way to do what you are asking.
it is not possible to place a smaller brick then exists into the grid. it would be a theoretical brick that shouldn't exist.
you are literally wanting to pop in cheat codes on a game to play god aren't you? i bet you cant play a gta game without spawning guns and a tank every 2 blocks.
just because we can do something, is not a good reason TO do something.
lazy people like you should skill up or give up.
Must I again tell you this is NOT Legos? That's like saying we cant break the way TF2 is played when playing a TDM. If you want to stick to Legos so bad, should we take vehicles, weapons and eventing away?
An open source game is one that can be changed and modded. This CANT be described as Blockland now can it, oh no.
What a low thing to resort to, trying to diss my building prowess. I'm not saying I need this nor do I think its even a good idea, I just don't see why people like you hate ides that go outside your comfort zone. Grow some balls, its not like you need to get the mod if its ever made.. which it wont be.
But again, your going to disregard everything I just said and focus your verbal assault on what "Open Source" means, arnt you?
