In an attempt to be pardoned for our previous actions, we are sending eight countries who transmit us the radio code "Zulu Valkyrie Beta" 500 pounds of gold each. We, on average, mine about 250 pounds of gold per day, for this arctic land is very gold-rich.
In other news, though it involves gold, the Followers have made a deal with the Pact of Hermania. They have sold us some of the components to their pulse laser weaponry for a large sum of gold. Our scientists have been working on the other components, one of them that the Followers are willing to release is a superconductive conductor within the barrel. It requires 6, and each one is a rod of silver/iron with a gold spiral around it. More to be released later.
