Author Topic: Has this happened to anybody before going to sleep?  (Read 3206 times)

It's called almost falling asleep.

It's called almost falling asleep.
I don't have it aymore and i DO sleep. :P
Yes it occured in that timezone, but still, the effects and stuff were weird and did/do not always occur. :S

sometimes i awake in sleep paralysis and cant breath
have to wake my body just to move my lungs and live

other times if i put my hand over my heart before i sleep i awake and gasp without my own consent

sometimes I twitch for no apparent reason, and it's not only when I try to go to sleep

it keeps happening
It's your body relaxing, i'm pretty sure it happens to everyone.

sometimes when i get in bed im too tired to open my eyes yet i cant fall asleep
for 5
loving
hours

Sometimes, when i'm in bed and i'm about to go sleep, my vision flashes, i hear something loud like lightning, and i suddenly get startled and i shake for half a second, and it's not lightning or anything, nothing happened around me, it was just me imagining it.
I've had it happen for a long time, since 2007 or so.

Exactly what happened to me there not long.

I've heard noises in my head I never heard before and big flashes of light shine in my head. I also shake or get startled as well.

I believe that's the preliminary signs of a stroke...

Hum.. Atleast im not the only one that gets weird things before going to sleep,

Most of the times when im about to sleep, I see like.. A dark rainbow color like the Rainbow Effect on BL paint.. Then it stays there for a while like a paradox, then Im dreaming..

I have a feeling that I'm falling 300 ft for less than 1 second and I twitch.

When I sleep nothing happens unusual.

I feel left out. :(
Can someone please share their problems with me so I can be equally as weird. :cookieMonster:

I'm kidding, it is normal to have weird things when drowsy/asleep as the mind is let loose.

My dreams are nearly unfathomable.
It's a good thing I never have them.

You know that feeling that you like think you suddenly fall but you didin't? you like feel the falling impact but you didin't acutally fall down.

Sometimes I wake up as if I felt a jolt from the bed, or I sort of feel an impact as if I fell but I didn't. Then I lay there thinking "what the forget just happened?"

Ive had many, Many of these.
One time i dreamt i was playing paintball and i fell, Then woke up, and did a little jump :c
