Download Microsoft Security Essentials and do a full-scan overnight.

Download Avast! do a full scan.

Do a disc clean-up.

Do a disc defrag.

buy some of that canned oxygen stuff that you spray and clean out the inside of your computer, especially the CPU fan and the GPU fan.

if all else fails, re-format your hard-drive, if you need a tutorial on that;

Well if there's anything on your computer, that'll clean it up unless it's some hardcore stuff.

I would personally not use any automatic cleaners, I would see what programs I could uninstall manually first. Just look in your start menu for things you haven't used in awhile and uninstall them.

Ok but please take note to Tom's last reply, do a manual program just incase.

Fap and sell jizz to slut for money for new computer.
I still like mine the best.

Don't use AVG as an antivirus, when a virus goes to the point where it can defeat AVG, it crashes the system with it.
That's my experience anyway.

Your computer is from 2004 and you haven't reformatted in that time?
Reformatting deletes EVERYTHING. You'd have to reinstall Windows (Most people have a XP disk lying around).
And, you could take anything you don't want to lose over on a DVD or a USB stick. It makes the computer feel like it was new.
