All the other topics were too old. I recently found Badspot's victory on it here. As such, I attempted many times and was able to awkwardly limp myself to 100.1 'metres.' I was amazed: I beat this by doing the handicap jog.

I will not discount an entry from one of the old topics outlining... Well, beating both of us by a few decimals: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=124647.msg2684393#msg2684393

Edit: 1: A hilarious video about it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EmcMG4uxiHk
2: It's actually possibly to do this in a human-like movement... Wow... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJeJtK7Q2kk

I can never get past 10 meters.

I used a chair as a shield from that jump. Landed on 1000.43 before my internet crashed.

Edited two videos into the topic post I found. The first is hilarious, the second is someone amazingly trained enough in the game to make a human-like run the whole course.

loving ASIANS

WHY ARE THEY BETTER THAN US

I see your GBATemp tab. :v

I see your GBATemp tab. :v

Ah, I've kept that around since HeartGold was new, but never actually check it... I stockpile a bunch of tabs I think I need and then forget them. XD I have this image from like two years ago by this random person on auto-open because I originally wanted to make one better than him. I bet he's long gone now.

Anyway, another video...

my guy fell hard on his ass

:s

I was able to make it 8.9 in a human-like running (more like skipping) motion. The trick is to hold W+O, then Q+P, propelling yourself forward. The hard part is keeping that up the full track. The weird leg motion method is still the best, although that's probably the only way the game got so much attention anyway: People try to best the cheaters.

A chair?

A chair?

He means the 50m hurdle. I saw a video where the person dragged it along with them, and it kept them from touching the jump line, so they could go as far as they could drag it and make an incredible distance.

Although 1000+ sounds like it'd at least take forever, if not impossible.

Edit: 26.7m in a human-like running motion instead of that odd leg wobble.
