I don't see anything anywhere that says what items are worth, and there's no way i'm following that one chart of what things are worth because that seems absolutely ridiculous, i'm sticking to what i feel is good, they're new Misc. items, so i feel that they're worth at least one Refined currently

You can only get them on Halloween, making them a bit more rare, thus all the more reason for them to cost more than 2 scraps, like, even a Reclaimed if not a Refined, Scrap Metal is just... a poor person's currency...

And as i've said, they're new, gift farming servers are dumb and should not affect the price at all, there are idling servers everywhere too, but i believe there are some hats that still cost quite a bit, i can't argue with the gifts spawning every 5 minutes thus making them more common though...\
