IMO the people should have gotten off of his back and realized he could have made more raffles that more people could have won instead of dissing him for not giving out his uber-prizes.

He wrote sorry on the thing. Ace is kind of a richard though, he snapped for good reason, and apparently was off his bipolar medication. Nobody this kind should get banned for that stupid of a reason.
