Do you protect your medics?

Of course, why wouldn't you? They are a huge help to the team, letting them die would be a great blow. Using medic as one of my two secondary classes, I have seen times where defensive walls would have crumbled if I hadn't been there to heal the Heavy, Pyro or Engie defending the area.
