This is the second time. I did not use alts. I think someone is using my IP as a proxy or something

Now i probably forgeted up my case even more. I accidentally posted in the Approved section on the Raffle Fourms (Its a rule. you cant do that) . I removed the context from the post and moved it to the right section  but i cant delete the post. :C
