I could understand not using cloak-the time it takes to uncloak is annoying and has blown my cover a few times.

You can still get more damage with shots to the head, that plus the added damage of the enforcer= 2 to 3 shots are a kill.

The only time shooting the head does more damage is with sniper rifles and ambassador

Enforcer has the highest damage out of all spy gun

edit: shahanshah is my favorite machete because it's a surefire kill when you're in a jam
