To craft The Enforcer, you will need a L'eranger a Scrap Metal and a Reclaimed Metal, instead of working toward obtaining a L'eranger, just trade the reclaimed you will need to use to make it anyways.

10 crates should = a key, it would solve the crates being useless problem, and also give them some value.

Now instead of people giving away crates for free, crates will probably sell for ~4 rec each, if that's put in.

That would be extremely unlikely, if that were the case, it would be easier to trade for a key, they are only 2.3 refined at the moment(if you bought 2 of the 10 crates needed it would almost be the price of the key itself. If anything key prices would drop from them being easier to obtain.
