Well, let us think a moment, scouts do tons of damage, with Mini-crits you essentially multiply their damage by 1.5x , now, if these were not easy to obtain, there wouldn't be a problem, however, all it takes is to go from one battlement in 2fort to the other to destroy almost any class unprepared for you to come running in full speed with 2 to 3 hit kill shots.
