Not really.
I've never had that happen to me ever.
But I am getting irritated with the Item Servers.
I tend to lose connection to them all the time.
And currently can't regain connection no matter what.

avoid pyros, try to backstab heavies

Although it's smart to kill both, there is a chance of the heavy turning around, so if you know you are dealing with a heavy with common sense, go for him, not many times the medic will manage to kill you, almost all the time will you die by the heavy.
