There's a few times where i've seen it, but then some people grow tired of being an Engineer, although i wonder if anyone has ever actually listened to me when i say that there is too much of a certain class, there was this one time that i said that we have too many Engineers while we were the attacking team and someone said "That's a good question, why DO we have so many Engineers?"

I don't like that weapon, it doesn't take down the Engineer's stuff as well as any of the other rocket launchers :(

the only thing i like about the cow mangler is the charge shot setting people on fire.
but i hated it and the bison so i scrapped them so i could use the metal to craft something else.

Yeah i hated this and the damage -
Thats why use the liberty launcher.
Also am i the only one who uses the normal minigun for heavy?

In my oppinion the Cow Mangler seems overpowered
the charged shot can vaporize you instantly and it doesn't require ammo
