If you play right, you might not even need the shotgun.

Fastest to slowest is Scout, Medic, Engineer/Pyro/Spy/Sniper, Demoman, Soldier, Heavy.

I like the Big Earner's model, but not the stats.
I wish the Eternal Reward used the Big Earners model.
