I like and hate unusual hats at the same time.

Liking: You can sell your unusual hats for a stuffload of metal.
Hating: If the hat looks cool and if I want it, I wouldn't want all the gay looking effects on the hat.

These are just opinions, so please, don't get rustled up about it.
Also, I can host a TF2 server. What kind of server should I put up? Payload, capture, etc.

I tested the Degreaser + Reserve Shooter combo, it does stack, but it's a very small difference and you're possibly hindering your ranged combat because you only have 3 bullets per round to fight back with compared to 6, the Reserve Shooter is good for those who can aim and most of the time land the 3 shots you have
