What's best, Sticky launcher, Scottish resistance or the charge 'n targe (+ sword, ofc)?

I use Scottish Resistance, it's okay, thinking about switching back to StickyL.

Depends, if you use your sticky launcher as self defense (like you do when fighting as a soldier) then Sticky Launcher is best. If you are using them to set traps, the Scottish Resistance is like 100% better as you can have separate traps at once and you get more bombs in general to use. The Targe n' charge or splendid screen is a completely different play style. The Splendid screen is MUCH better because unlike the Targe n' charge, it actually does noticeable damage and allows you to one shot most classes (assuming your charge hit them). Meanwhile the Targe n' Charge is great for survival due to it's +50% explosion resistance and fire resistance unlike the Splendid Screen's 25% on both.

I did some research last night and found only one other Bubbling Raincatcher, it belongs to some guy who apparently is stuff at trading
