I'm kind of looking for something that makes a joke involving pirates (or at least drunk scottish cyclops) and bubbles

I like this one but it just doesn't fit the hat effect very well, and I'm pretty sure that description is waaaay too long

If it was a regular Raincatcher and Description Tags allowed it I'd probably do it
