I think it was something like 2 weeks. I'l check the wiki.

Edit: Yes, as quoted "Playing less than the cap carries over unused time to the next week, increasing that week's cap to a maximum of two weeks' worth of play time.".

Doubtful, considering all items in early crates are Unique quality

I still have #8 and the only item of value inside is Gift Wrap, though #9 is full of paint and a Softcap, so that one's probably worth a little more
