Nice Crates contain the community items, Naughty crates give you christmas lights to wrap around your weapons, apparentely.

I'm not getting any drops and it's starting to piss me off. Over the course of a couple rounds, I was seeing the same people get 2, 3, or even 4 drops. I've gotten 2 in the past 2 days.
