You can always trade, you just can't give them items, unless nyou can do that

Sometimes hat's accessories and weapons don't show up because TF2 forgets to load up stuff because the item server is a wonky magerati.

Well that was my special package I got as the free winter stuff you only need to look at your inventory to get.

So that package containing TF2 got me premium!

I get it now, it's not some glitch I could be in trouble for. YAY now I'm happy because legit premium.
