You know how getting more shotgun ammo from a flamethrower works?

You shove the flamethrower into the chamber where you enter rounds and an invisible converter made by the Engineer turns it into shotgun shells.

You see, the old parts teleport themselves back together at the spawn. Each and every body part has a little chip in it that when the person dies, it teleports the body (or parts fully assembled) back at the spawn, reviving the person.
