Right now, the phlog is in the same position that the cow mangler was in when it first came out.
A few tweaks here and there, and it won't be such a bother anymore. But yea, the "mmph" fills up upon killing 2 people, so it is a little OP, imo.

I bought a Phlog from WH to try it out from my Axe+Degreaser playstyle and I did absolutly horrible, I couldn't help anyone on fire or defend against sticky spam or rockets. Seriously, alot of pyro's take airblast for granted.

I airblast TOO much. My personal record is 38 bonus points from extinguishing in one round.

it's the exact opposite of op
any soldier who can aim rockets pr demo who can aim pipes can wreck a phlog pyro's stuff thoroughly
not to mention the pyro can now do absolutely nothing to ubers and can't puff-reserve combo anymore or put out teammates

Hm...then i guess the ProTF2 server I play on does not have a very accurate name.
I can stack up kills with the phlog in there.
