The Engineer is stabbing himself with the Equalizer, Pyro is gonna slit his wrist with the Eternal Reward, Scout doesn't use the brass knuckles right and Spy is a samurai

When I first started out as a spy, I thought some of the knifes were stupid. Most of them actually. Now, being a more experienced spy I understand them all.

Knife - I still think this one has no use, the spy-cicle is a straight upgrade for me. Only downside is the victims to ice but I like it personally. It freaks out the other team.
Spy-Cicle - Retains your health and disguise unlike the others, goes nicely with cloak and dagger or dead ringer for spy checks and hiding.
Your Eternal Reward - Great if you can get the first stab. Nice for destroying engineer bases so long as you don't miss a backstab.
Connivers Kunai - This one is good on payload when you can get a nice streak, it allows the spy to battle a bit more when buffed to around 180.
The Big Earner - Great with the dead ringer, get a couple of kills and you're already back to full cloak.

I've been using the Big Earner a lot lately, I'd been steering away from the knives that lower your base HP but I tried it and I really like it
