It is the game, it's like that in the store and the hairpiece doesn't remove hats, so the Engineer's hairpiece goes through my Ten Gallon Hat

oh my god, wtf. I REALLY hope some of the undocumented changes on the april 1st are jokes, if not, wtf.
The spycicle no longer blocks fire damage, only masking afterburn effect. (well, ok I guess...)
Equalizer no longer provides speed bonus at low health (OK WTF I HOPE THIS IS A JOKE. IF NOT, WHAT IS THE USE?)
Removed + 10% damage bonus to backburner (YAY..)
Added -10% damage penalty to Degreaser (Ok, why nerf damage on a weapon that already does less damage?)

Removed cloak penalty from the enforcer, added a fire delay instead (WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?)
