If the heavies are smart, their team will steamroll the other. There's not much in TF2 scarier than an entire team of heavies charging at you.

On Payload, a team full of Engies on defense and Spies on offense is total assrape, provided the players are decent.

There should be some gamemode for TF2 that will randomly pick a class for each team that they can only use for that round. So it could pick only Snipers for Blu and scouts for Red.
