I just submitted my error to the tf2 bananas group.

Here's what I can make out:

Poopy Joe (the monkeynaut, if you haven't kept up with the background story of TF2) was stationed at Hale's launch facility. After a successful trip into space, he was sent on vacation to somewhere that "starts with a Ba". Hale stalls (?) while being barraged with questions about Poopy Joe's exact location. Hale finally replies, "Have you looked in space? Monkeynauts are often found there." Brackman claims America hasn't done any monkeynaut missions because of lack of monkeynauts. Poopy Joe was apparently the only monkeynaut training to fly in space. Hale claims space (flight?) can't be that difficult.
