But what do i do with the 'What i want' area? Just put a bunch of metals that correspond to the price of each individual items?

Well you click a box then all the items in the TF2 catalog will pop up and you pick what you want. You can also just place some metal in there and put in the text box prices for each item.

Maybe its like there is only one fuel tank spawned, and when ever someone takes it to the ship, it spawns another one.
