The spy will be getting a feign death just like he used to have in TFC, where he can activate it any time and still look around plus its for an infinite amount of time, downsides are you are still vulnerable to damage and can't move while in use (maybe has a cool down to?).

it'll look a little strange when he gets up though, since he'll be a ragdoll.
plus, this wouldn't really work in Team Fortress TWO. In TFC is was fine.

Maybe getting up requires an animation, which makes it have another downside.
