No because the Backburner retains the +10% compared to the rest and the Degreaser retains the -10% compared to the rest. All of the flamethrowers got a base 10% increase. If they just mentioned that stock and the phlog got +10%, it would make it seem like the Backburner has the same damage as the stock and the phlog, while the Degreaser has 20% less.
