Really I've gone up against people (people who play comp, not just some random valve server) who use it and it's not a big deal, you gotta be more wary though. I said ages ago heavy needs a razorback, and this is sort of it.

It also works well for defending engi's stuff near a dispenser.

Any useful heavy will not get himself backstabbed. And like sentry nests need any more stuff to help them turtle up in a corner.

I'm agreeing with dkamm on this one, the last thing to add for balance is protection of heavies from spies

You know what a chainstab is, right? It's when you go up a chain of people, stabbing them. A sniper with a razorback in there is going to force you to either walk in front of him and hope he doesn't notice, or shoot him and alert everyone.

Also, YER spies are forgeted by Razorback snipers.
