It shouldn't, Iban. If you are the smartest person in your community, but everyone else does not know what condensation is, then you are really not that smart at all.
That's flawed logic.
If the we consider the threshold of intelligence required to know what condensation is to be 75, and I know what it is, that means my IQ is at least 75, despite everyone else's being less than. Just because the weights which I am being compared to are relatively low on a global scale, does not mean that I am inherently unintelligent. It opens up the range of possible IQs to include lower numbers, too, but it does not automatically place me in there.
And I don't think that I'm 'better' than them, I just know that I'm better educated.
