Don't blame CCP.
They can't put it on the 360 because of microsofts stuff online policy. :/
Also it will probably be on the PC within a few months of its launch. CCP has not confirmed nor denied this when asked, but people are predicting it.
CCP also uses the word "initially" a lot when discussing the games launch on the PS3.
