Not to mention I managed to buy it myself. My dad owed me $20 and he had some money and my cousin also had some money so we both took our $5 and got a half-pint each. My dad got them for us at my uncles neighbor who sells when the stores are closed.
He walked back over to us and we waited for my aunt to leave (she doesn't know me and my cousin drink) and then he dropped both half-pints in the back of a pickup truck so we could get them when we got around to it.

You have one forgeted up family.

its a joke
hes saying that cali is full of potheads and since cali has such a big population, if wissy legalized weed all those potheads would move to wissy and then they would have a bigger population and as a result, more electoral votes
Apparently not enough, Prop 19 didn't pass 4 years ago in CA, which would have legalized marijuana.

Guys guys, weed being legal in CO and WA will bring the price of weed down to 3-5 bucks depending on type.

brb moving to Washington.

You're a gigantic loving idiot if you think this. Prices of weed might drop a little, but you'll still be paying at least 15 dollars a gram before taxes.

I can honestly say its cheaper for me to smoke illegally than it is for me to buy weed from a gas station.

A big reason for it being legalized was to help the economy.

so will they sell them like pre-rolled too or will they just sell it straight up?

Probably in 3 forms, joints/blunts, nugs, and edibles. Just a guess though.

Just wondering:  Why do you think the prices will go down?  Will dealers still have good business?  Will the regulated stuff be different?

i would think you would make more money selling them prerolled and as edibles. especially if it was a company that already sold cigs like marlboro, people would feel more comfortable.

Uhm.. So you just quoted my post telling me something I already knew and wasn't at all relevant to anything in mine or the original quote. Good job, dipstuff.

Couldn't tell you. I'd assume quality would be the same in CO because it was already a medicinal state. So the caregivers can just grow for stores now instead of dispensaries.

And forget yeah dealers will have good business. Mainly from minors (21-). Plus, I doubt I'll be able to walk into Costco and get a half pound of blue dream. And that's how I pick up regularly. So I don't really care if its legalized. I'd just like to be able to walk down the street smoking a fat ass spliff. Hahah.

Marijuana is still an illegal drug in Colorado and Washington.

This is incorrect. State laws prevail over federal laws in state juristiction, which state police officers operate under. As far as I know, there are no federal police forces operating in CO nor Washington, so there's no one upholding federal juristiction in either state.
