Author Topic: Wierd stuff you believed in when you were a Kid  (Read 16705 times)

I wasn't really interested in the love/baby question back then. My friend showed me a researcho and everything fell into place.

Same thing, except I stumbled upon my dad's magazines.
:S

When I was first told about woman's periods, I imagined it as thick green slime coming out of their pissholes.

When I was a kid, I thought tampons were supposed to stop periods... not just absorb them... :x

I used to believe in dinosaurs after watching Jurassic Park. ;_;
Also sharks, coming to get me at night D:

I looked at a flat map of the world, and thought that it was only a map of one side of the Earth. Then I looked at a globe and somehow got the idea that I was looking at the other side of the Earth and found that it was mostly ocean with a few island here and there.

I thought there were like three countries and that everyone in America was black.

Pokemon were going to be real and I was gonna have a Blastoise or some stuff.
pokemon ARE REAL D:<

also i was scared to go to the toilet because i thought a snake would go through the pipes and come up and kill me

One thing that I still fear/belive is the dark.

the dark is a lie

That we had a knight in black armour walking up and down the corridor, i was five and would only go upstairs to pee and sleep, even then i was always wary for about two months

I bleived that there were computer systems in my attic that hooked up to surveillance cams.
I beleived there was also a ghost in my attic

I dont know but I used to cut my self with my dad's knives and chew up his cigs... forgetin' weird enough?

i believed my left was right and right was left
i also believed "friend" was spelled "freind"

I thought that monsters hid in the dark and the only defense would be to turn on the light.

I thought animals had a complex way of communicating through thought.
